Free Shipping and Optional Lift Gate Service Upgrade
Your custom-made range hood is shipped, for free, on a pallet and will arrive on a semi-truck. These trucks are designed move freight in and out of industrial facilities. The back of the truck is the same height as a loading dock - about 4 feet off the ground.
If you select NWA Hardware’s free shipping service, you’ll be expected to remove the range hood from the semi-truck. Though the range hood is not very heavy, it’s bulky and typically requires two people to get it off the truck and into your house.
You can select an upgraded delivery service, a lift gate truck, that will lower the range hood to the curb or street. Shipping companies charge an additional fee for this service and it is not included in NWA Hardware’s free shipping service.
Your hood arrives unfinished, ready to be painted or stained.
