    Free Shipping and Optional Lift Gate Service Upgrade

    Your custom-made range hood is shipped, for free, on a pallet and will arrive on a semi-truck. These trucks are designed move freight in and out of industrial facilities. The back of the truck is the same height as a loading dock - about 4 feet off the ground.

    If you select NWA Hardware’s free shipping service, you’ll be expected to remove the range hood from the semi-truck. Though the range hood is not very heavy, it’s bulky and typically requires two people to get it off the truck and into your house.

    You can select an upgraded delivery service, a lift gate truck, that will lower the range hood to the curb or street. Shipping companies charge an additional fee for this service and it is not included in NWA Hardware’s free shipping service.

      Hood is beautiful and arrived in perfect condition and FEDEX ground driver was amazing, paying the extra shipping was well worth it as driver brought hood into garage and waited till we unpacked it to ensure it was not damaged.

      Stunning Shiplap Range Hood!

      NWA Hardware was so amazing to work with! I received a phone call one business day after placing my order, explaining the ETA of our hood. We received our hood via freight, all the way up in Washington State in just two short weeks. The range hood looked exactly like the photos and is even more beautiful in person. We added the chimney extension as well, since our ceilings are taller. I would recommend NWA Hardware to anyone in search of beautiful and custom wooden range hood.
